CDE Affiliated Radio provides a live internet radio stream for personal, non-commercial listening only. You may not record, redistribute, rebroadcast, or commercially exploit the stream or any content within it. All music broadcast on CDE Affiliated Radio is licensed or authorized for broadcast. Artists retain ownership of their music.

6. Purchases and Beat Store

Purchases made through the CDE Affiliated Radio beat store or any artist merchandise are subject to the specific license terms presented at the time of purchase. All sales are final unless otherwise stated. We use PayPal for payment processing. Digital downloads are non-refundable once downloaded.

7. SMS Subscriptions

By subscribing to CDE Affiliated Radio SMS updates, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing text messages. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. Reply HELP for assistance. We are not liable for delays or failures in SMS delivery due to carrier issues.

8. User-Submitted Content

If you submit any content to us including demo submissions, contact form messages, or social media interactions, you grant CDE Entertainment LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and share that content in connection with our services. You represent that you own or have the right to submit such content.
